Poor communication from staff, also horrible owner, my car failed MOT for 1 number plate light even though I had 2 lights which meant it should have been advisory. Garage also tried to charge me £90 for a diagnostic not including the repair. I then asked another garage to have a look into the issue which they found the issue with 10mins of looking at the car the other garage didn’t charge me to fix the the light because it’s was just a blown light.

This review is quite upsetting. We accommodated your last minute booking, we booked you in for 4pm and let you know that we close at 5pm. At around 4.15pm you called to ask if the MOT was done, you were told it would be finished and ready to collect in 30mins, you let us know that you would head down now and would be 10mins. You did not show up within 10mins and instead showed up long after the garage had closed.You spoke very rudely to the business owner when he explained what your vehicle failed its MOT on, we explained that it had failed on the plate bulbs and that we tried changing the bulbs in but it had not worked. We suspected it may of been a fus, which we would need to investigate, we told you how much it would be to investigate, we also said that you are more than welcome to take the vehicle away and bring back once repaired for a free re-test - which is what you did. You have now left us a bad review over a cost that you did not even pay!

It's always a pleasure to use their services as they are straight forward and fair on tariffs. They are a bit too busy sometimes so I recommend booking in advance.
