Hello. I’m sorry you’ve had a negative experience. Looking at the notes, we have tried to contact you 3 times over the last few days with no avail. There is a big event on at the national bowl today so the appointment would have needed to be changed as whole estate is locked down for taxi drop off for the event therefore we have no real option but to close early.
