The customer service person was all over the place. A simple I don’t know is ok and overall not attentive at all. The same information was relayed to me by 3 different people and the issue never got solved even tho the car was there the whole day and I was promised it was only going to be 2 hours. I was happy to leave my car there the whole day so it was very unnecessary to lie that the car would be ready in 2 hours.

Appreciate your feedback, very negative about the situation that aroused on the day you had the work done, In our staffs defence they advised you from the outset that we are extremely busy and can only carry out the service which you initially booked online. You was persistently requesting we check other issues on your vehicle which we advised we would try and get around to if we get time in-between actual booked in jobs. When advised this you was happy to leave the vehicle with us all day in the hope you may get further work done or checked. We advised your vehicle has many faults and can be a lengthy process to eliminate and tackle each job separately. You was not lied to your service that you booked online would take no longer then two. We thrive on good customer service & appoogise2u
