First of all I would like apologise for any upset you have felt. I would like to say that I do have photo prove of each step of the service that I provided that day as I have with every job that I do, which you are more than welcome to see if this helps you in any way. I would also like to say when I first arrived at your address you believed I was taking the vehicle away for the service, as I am a mobile mechanic this is not what I do, I then asked you if you read what the service includes and you replied no, I then explained that the service you booked for only includes an oil change and air filter, and on your specific vehicle this does not take long at all, as everything is easily accessible I.e no undertray, oil filter and sump plug right next to each other and air filter box only clipped together. As this is a fixed price and you know what you are paying before I arrive once the job is complete it's complete. Before leaving a bad review please call me to maybe better understand
