Got my car picked up and taken in for MOT and service , had a few problems that needed fixing. Received my car back. I drove around for an hour and my car lost its power. Managed to get it home driving 10mph 🤦🏻♀️. Too late to ring garage as it was shut so I left a message. I rang them the next morning to arrange a tow truck to get my car. They came within 2hrs and picked the car back up. They had my car all day so I rang back the following day only to find I had a misfire that they fixed free

200 pounds charged for a failed MOT and service. we were told it would cost an additional 1200 pounds to fix it. We collected the car, took it official BMW, they said no replacement needed.

On 21st Sep 23, your car was advised on rear discs (amnngst other things) and we have also advised the same thing. Your alloy wheels are in really bad condition and could cause you a blow out. We will happily put it on a ramp and show you exactly what is dangerous. You then say you got a booking 3 days later with a main dealer yet they are booked up for months and your current MOT has no fails or advisories on depsite the 2023 and 2024 MOT's citing the same faults with 5000 miles driven inbetween. If we are ever at fault, we will acknowledge and fix it but leaving an obviously fake review in respect of us following the rules set by the government is unair. Can you please advise which main dealer passed your car in this condition so we may advise the DVSA of this occurrence. Thank you
