Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you felt unclear about the work carried out. A full service includes oil and filter replacement, fluid checks, and a general inspection. Brake replacement is not included unless separately quoted and authorised. Fluid levels are checked at the time of service, though levels can change with normal use.
