Started off a little shakily, as no courtesy car had been allocated (even though I had requested one at time of booking!) However, fortunately, there was one available, so all was well, but I would advise that you check beforehand, just in case they don't have one available when you arrive to drop off your vehicle. Other than that, everything else went very smoothly.

Checked my car in early for a full service and was told that there were a few ahead of me. Didn't expect to hear back until the afternoon but received a txt late morning to advise that all was done a day car was ready for collection. I collected the car in the afternoon and all was well, car had even been washed! No issues so I'm happy.
