Hi, I’m sorry you feel that way. We did try our best to accommodate your van booking for Saturday. As you’re aware, Saturdays are particularly busy for us, and our working hours on Saturdays are limited, as stated on our website. We were also trying to help by rearranging and rebooking your van for you. Unfortunately, you cancelled the booking shortly afterwards, so we were unable to proceed with the alternative arrangement.
