Not recommended! A MOT & full service should take 4-5hours. What is more, a conscientious proprietor would liaise with the customer to provide necessary updates. Neither happened. My vehicle was with the garage for 27 hours and I initiated all calls only to receive hesitant, evasive, non-committal answers. I booked the car in at 09:00 on11/7/24 and frustratingly discovered at 17:45 (only after I called the garage) that work had not been carried out and that it was imminently closing time. Mar
