Major MOT & Service Centre

Have used this garage for MOT on my son's car,and MOT for mine.booked in at short notice. Friendly, helpfuland gave some good advice

I had to ring garage twice to confirm the time. Upon my call being answered on the second attempt i was told that he couldnt service my car as didnt have the parts in. Very poor communication from this garage.

I took my car to this garage after a dashboard warning light appeared. Following a service and a return visit, I was repeatedly told there was no obvious issue and no repairs were recommended. Weeks later, my MOT failed for the same faults listed as service advisories, which had not been explained as essential repairs. A cancelled MOT booking caused further delay. When I raised concerns, I was dismissed and given no satisfactory explanation, leaving me feeling misled and taken advantage of.
