I had a dreadful experience with Lookers in Chester, where my car was booked in for an MOT and service. My car failed its MOT on a couple of minor points and I agreed for the remedial work to be carried out. It is now four days later and I am still waiting for my car to be returned to me! Needless to say, not having a car is causing a huge amount of inconvenience. Communication from the garage is non existent. It is extremely difficult to get through on the phone and when I do, I am fobbed off.
