As stated within the Terms & Conditions, all bookings and prices are subject to verification by the servicing centre, and amendments may be required where the selected service does not match the vehicle's manufacturer requirements. We appreciate that the revised cost was unexpected; however, our intention was simply to provide accurate advice regarding the correct service requirements and any implications for your vehicle warranty.

Your vehicle is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and after reviewing the booking, our team identified that the service selected did not meet the manufacturer's servicing requirements needed to maintain that warranty. We therefore contacted you before carrying out any work to explain the situation and provide a quotation for the correct manufacturer-specified service.
