Good comms, excellent customer service,

On collection of my car I did not get a works data sheet in fact I received no paper work at all regarding the full service .The car was not jet washed the wheels had not been removed during the service there was grubby oil hand marks on the engine cover and the wind screen washer bottle had not been topped up so god knows what else had been missed .All this from a franchised dealer I was so disappointed with the work.

Awful company won't be using again. my mot,service and hire car was £266 but the bill was £630. I needed 2 new tyres but went for the cheapest but was still charged nearly £200 for cheap tyres that were covered in white glue and was left in a mess and the car wasn't cleaned. Won't be using this rip off company again
