Hi Kathy, I am shocked you gave a negative review. Collecting or delivering vehicles is not a service I offer, whether its 2 minutes or 2 miles away, with being so busy with workloads and the time of year this would mean having 2 mechanic's out of the workshop 1 to deliver your vehicle and 1 to pick them up. We also repaired the parts on your vehicle that had failed on the MOT when normally this wouldn't be done due to how busy we are, but we repaired your car and got the MOT passed for you on the day, keeping you informed on timings & costs. The tyre pressure light was never mentioned to us if you had asked then we would have happily looked at this issue, we only do what's asked and complete works authorised by our customers. I'm sorry your visit to Hucknall Lane wasn't a good one.
