Used a few times over the last year, and they've worked wonders every time, took my new car to them as I was unsure if I had a potential onset problem with my gearbox or clutch and I just wanted a mechanics opinion and for someone who actually knows about cars to test drive, he didn't even change me, so I forced a cuddle on him instead to say thanks 👍 these guys know what they're doing and they won't rip you off. The vehicle was initially failed for the following reason: “Offside Rear Other passenger door cannot be opened from outside the vehicle (6.2.3 (a)” I believe this failure was made unnecessarily and could have been avoided with a basic check of the vehicle’s door locking mechanism. The door could not initially be opened because it was locked. The inspector could have first attempted to unlock the vehicle using the remote key or checked the manual door lock/push button before recording this in MOT
