Had my Lexus IS300h in for a full service and a bonnet release cable replacement after the latch cable snapped. From start to finish, the team was fantastic — clear communication, no hidden costs, and the car was ready on time. They managed to get the bonnet open without damaging anything (not easy on this model), replaced the cable, and gave the whole latch mechanism a proper clean and grease.
