Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. We would like to clarify all MOT inspections are carried out in accordance with the DVSA's strict MOT testing standards and guidelines. Our testers are required to assess vehicles based solely on the condition and performance of components at the time of the inspection. Your vehicle was failed on the items identified during the test because, in our tester's opinion, they did not meet the required MOT standards on that day. The fact that brake components had recently been replaced does not automatically guarantee the parking brake performance will meet the prescribed testing requirements. As with all MOTs, another testing station may reach a different conclusion based on their own assessment or if adjustments or changes have been made between tests.
