Booked in for a service and MOT; they were very clear about the time it would take to complete, offering me different options to either drop my car and leave it, or have it picked up from me on a more convenient day. When a minor issue came up on the MOT, they were again very clear on the detail and the cost, and gave me a number of different options. The clarity and options gave me a lot of confidence in them, and the work they did was really good quality.
