I was told upon arrival that they were behind and gave me a realistic time frame which I appreciated, no lying and straight to the point. Additionally, they advised to not carry out a piece of work previously agreed which illustrated that they care about the service they provide over a bit more money. Therefore, I expect to be returning as in my experience this is hard to come by. Thanks guys!
