Had my car MOT’d and brake fluid changed. Booking was well-handled with a call and text. Work was done on time, but I found my seat, AC, mirrors, auto handbrake, and dash settings all altered. Worse, my average fuel consumption, built over thousands of miles, had dropped significantly—clearly driven hard. No proper explanation given. Why would all my settings need to be changed. All very odd.Lost all trust. A real shame.

Dont know of any other testing station that charges for retests. Booked online for £32 test fee. Changed it over the phone so they charged £40 as it was no longer an “online” booking. Then had to pay a £10 retest fee where no other garage in the area charges for retests. Find someone

We have made every effort to accommodate your requests for an MOT, but with three cancellations, we've lost valuable time and resources in scheduling and reserving a slot for you. As you know, our time is limited, and each appointment we hold could have been given to another customer. Unfortunately, these repeated cancellations result in financial loss for us, especially as we’ve already allocated resources to your booking. A gesture of appreciation or an apology for the inconvenience caused to us would have been appreciated, as we did our best to meet your needs. Regarding the MOT failure, the issue was identified as the suspension bolts being left open following repairs carried out elsewhere. the DVSA allows us to charge this to cover the administrative costs of carrying out a retest
