You were not overcharged, book my garage had already included VAT on your quote but did not convey that to us. You were never charged as the error was rectified before issuing your invoice. You were unhappy because you had to pay before we returned the vehicle. Not entirely sure what was shocking about that? This is normal practice, why would you think you wouldn't need to pay? You wouldn't go to a shop, take something and tell them you would pay them after 6pm?????? You have decided to leave a 1 star review because you had to pay for the service we provided before the vehicle was returned. Have you any idea how many people promise to pay and don't. We also collected and delivered the vehicle free of charge! We have reviewed the call and "nothing better to do" was ever mentioned.
