We’re sorry you’re unhappy. The vehicle was booked for an air-conditioning regas, not a leak investigation. The system passed the standard vacuum test, so no leak was detected at the time. The dye later visible on the condenser was added by us during the regas and needed time to escape. That is precisely why dye is added, to reveal leaks that are not initially detectable. We accept this should have been explained better when you returned, but we did not ignore an obvious leak or fail to carry out the work booked.
