Hi thank you for your review, let me just explain the full situation , your vehicle was presented to us with low oil pressure warnings due a severely deteriorated wet belt due to lack of maintenance and possibly the wrong oil used,also the vehicle had been driven while the message was displayed therefore causing internal damage to the oil fed camshaft dephazer pulleys (exhaust cam pulley seized completely) therefore additional parts needed to be ordered that are only available at the main dealer so the job has run on alot longer then anticipated. With regards communication we have contacted you on many occasions and had many discussions and kept you updated all the way even via telephone today. I would also like to point out that only a service was booked on this platform and you added the wet belt job on the day of arrival therefore it would be impossible to run to the book my garage time frame. We always strive to keep all our customers happy and feel this is a unfair review
