They will take your car for a ride, never telling you about it, without trade plates. Driver's card scratched on the door. I report it, the old man saw it, called me a liar, started slamming my car door, he was aggressive, told me to get out, claiming he wanted to force compensation, I know my car. No respect for the customer. Their last words never come back here. That's how they solve problems

Hi Bogdan, Your false accusations & slanderous comments will be dealt with by our legal team. As you were booked in for MOT and handed us the keys you therefore gave us permission to drive your vehicle. Despite your rude behaviour towards us with claims, Our 3 owners made every effort to explain why it was necessary to drive your vehicle, for which we are fully insured as you implied that we weren’t. The owner did explain this and show you our valid certificate. Additionally, the minor mark on the door card was already present prior to the vehicle’s testing. You believe we did this in a vindictive way with either a “wire brush or a pen”. None of these items would have caused such a small mark on your car. Your vehicle passed with advisories & was tested as presented.

This garage is faultless, from the moment of booking to the picking up of your newly serviced vehicle you are made to feel like family. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after my vehicle. A friendly smile always awaits from the staff & Winnie the dog. Highly recommend. Thanks again for taking care of Doris my pride & joy 🫶🏻
