I wanted Johnson's, Solihull because of been less than impressed with the Birmingham branch 2 years prior. Unfortunately, they too neglected to stamp/sign the service book sitting on the passenger seat and were so dismissive of an issue, that I am convinced originated with them, that I will not be returning. I'm genuinely considering getting rid of my Passat so that I don't have to deal with VAG dealers!

Booked in my Golf for a minor service with a wait option which should have taken around 3 hours. Car was not ready until 6 hours later after chasing the services team several times. Poor communication.

Took nearly an hour to be seen to collect keys. Told to wait in new seating area, ignored for over half an hour, customer who walked in after me was seen straight away, had to find a member of staff to collect car. No waiting system, completely random when you get seen and staff spending too much time trying to sell service plans and not dealing with customers
