Johnsons Skoda Redditch

I called Skoda Electric, left two messages with contact details, they never called back. Called Skoda Johnson’s after booking through your website, for 21 July. They phoned up next day to say, can’t do that day. We have nothing till 3 August, 4 days after my MOT. Quick check, they were still advertising slots every day in July. Also the cost - a simple oil change, around £200. Also said we can do interim service including diagnostics. Why the latter if no fault - just sales talk. £255 - rip off.

Highly delighted with service. Vehicle collected and returned to me MOTd, serviced and cleaned. Staff were knowledgeable and polite. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The garage dealt with the Major Service very efficiently with an in formative video showing the inspection of my vehicle. The staff were very helpful and kept me informed. The only irritation was fact that they were unable to carry out MOT on same day as service which meant I had to book it separately at another garage which was very inconvenient!
