i was abit uncertain about using a vw dealership for a full service due to people saying it would be very expensive. after getting my online quote which was at a very good price for the work i had done, i was booked in for the following week. dropped car off & 3.5hrs later it was ready to collect. vw passat 2.0tdi 2016 major service & air-con re-gas for £400 was very much worth it. great service from start to finish, will 100% use again...even cleaned my car inside & out for when i collected it.

Very friendly staff and professional service. Hire car was available as booked, clean and ready to go. Staff were lovely, offered me drinks and chatted with my kids. Won’t hesitate to return in the future!
