Booked my car in for a quote on blockage in the drains on the sunroof. Arrived first thing and the woman on reception could not find the booking on my name or registration number. Another woman found it no problem. Original woman went to see service manager. Never asked any questions or inspected car. Was quoted hour and half labour @ £165 per hour plus VAT total £300. If not fixed it would be a complete strip out of interior @ 3.5 hours. Refused went to my VW dealer. Sunroof service. £60 inc

Was advised to rebook to get handbrake fixed when I collected my car , at an extra cost of 80 pounds , Paid extra 40 pounds to have the engine flushed so total cost was 366

In no way could the service have been any better. Phebe was brilliant.
