The staff were warm and friendly and maintained great communication throughout, however I reported an issue to both the driver who collected the car and the chap who called to confirm the booking. There is a noise from the brakes when reversing and this was demonstrated to the driver however it was not addressed or mentioned when the vehicle was returned.
