Amazing customer service

Great service , good value compared with other garages . Michelle was very helpful

I booked a major service. I had an e mail telling me to put my locking wheel nut on the passenger seat. When I got to Johnsons Skoda, I was told it would not be a proper major servive bot only a specific service which meant the brakes or brake fluid was not checked (what was the point them asking for my locking wheel nut!!!) and the pollen filter was not changed. I booked a major service so I expected a major service. Once again disappointed by Johnsons Skoda.
