Hi I booked a service for 28/8/2025 afternoon When I got thier they have booking on system and that it was booked for October and also they said the price you quoted was wrong and wanted £200 more they would only book a early booking with the new price your price was 230+45 for service and mot they wanted £475 I cancelled the booking can you check in the future the price and date correspondence

Seems very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Never saw Mark who carried out the service. Shame you couldn’t provide washing the outside of the car.

I booked through Bookmygarage and found the service was going to be done by Johnson’s. They are a main dealer and I have had mixed experiences with other Honda main dealers so was unsure what to expect. I shouldn’t have worried. They were able to service the car at relatively short notice. Drop off was uncomplicated even though it was rush hour. They gave an accurate estimate of pick up time and called to say the work was completed. Car was cleaned inside and out, all told it was a good standar.
