I booked through Bookmygarage and found the service was going to be done by Johnson’s. They are a main dealer and I have had mixed experiences with other Honda main dealers so was unsure what to expect. I shouldn’t have worried. They were able to service the car at relatively short notice. Drop off was uncomplicated even though it was rush hour. They gave an accurate estimate of pick up time and called to say the work was completed. Car was cleaned inside and out, all told it was a good standar.

I had booked via BookMyGarage. I was quite late with the MOT and they squeezed me in and because I was early in the morning, also agreed to do it immediatelly. Both ladies on customer servicing were professional and helpful. Complimentary coffee was a nice touch.
