Arrived 15 minutes early, no one about, they called for a service guy and eventually handed over my keys and sat in the coffee area. Two cups later with no contact from the team it was now two and a half hours later they went to check. It had passed and the service was complete. Discovered that the car had sat about for the first hour with no contact, not even booked in! Not impressed with the customer care, but holiday issues had reduced the staff to just temporary people. Sorry, must do better
