I was more than happy with my experience at Johnson Ford Tamworth.My smax was booked in for 08.30 the lady told me it was an open booking up until 05.00.I explained to her I was going out in the afternoon so needed my car.The lady on reception spoke to the guys in the service department.My car was ready for Midday.Washed aswel as part of the service.The lady who dealt with was very professional and a credit to Johnson Ford Tamworth.

My second visit to this dealer. This time for the recommended 30,000 mile service on my Ford Focus 1.5 Ecoblue Diesel. I had an oil service and whilst there the mechanic recommended a brake fluid change which I had done. My car was washed as a courtesy which was nice. I also had the use of a courtesy car which was very convenient. The work was carried out in good time and I'm satisfied with what was done. I plan to maintain my main Ford dealer service history and so I will be back. Great service
