This is a lie i told you the paper was damaged by oil on the day so needed to print another, but when you asked me for it again today i said i would rather re measure the tyre tread depths and brake disc thickness to put on the new paper as i would not just want to make them up. My office phone calls are recorded to prove this so i am happy to play this to you at any time you want me to, also happy to pull all the service items to show you the serial numbers line up with my purchase invoices. so if you are willing to lie just to try and damage a small family business at least have the decency to call by for me to pull the items and prove it, i wont hold my breath while i'm waiting but i am also happy to pop over to weobley to save you the trip. many thanks.
