Motorparks Canterbury

The service price is very good value compared to other providers but the garage identified issues that needed to be fixed. I was waiting for a quotation and was sent the vehicle health check record 3 times but still no quote. I phoned in and was told they were at the side but it appears I did not have permission to view these. Of the issues one was not an issue at all - it was fully functioning and would have cost me £190!! And another is a job that this garage carried out just 12 months ago

I recommend the Motorparks but not Book my garage. I tried the on-line booking after long waits to get through on the phone. I received the email confirmation from B-My-G, but then a few weeks later got an automatic email reminder from Motorparks that my MOT was due. I happened to go to the garden centre so popped in to check - there was no sign of my booking, so it was quickly rearranged for another date. I can see from this email questionnaire that B-my-G thinks that I have had my service.

Prompt, efficient service
