Booked for a full service, got a video that I couldn't hear what they were saying as it was so noisy in the garage. Quote over £1000 for work and didn't even stamp my service book. Had to go back to get it done with no apology even when I left it out on the seat.

Great service, they provide a full detailed breakdown of all the work that needs doing but there is no pressure to have the work carried out there. I agreed to what I wanted done and it was all completed the same day.

Chose this garage as I felt if anyone were going to do a thorough job, it'd be a mains dealer. They highlighted a few areas as expected and provided a quote for the repair work. The gentleman who handles the services side is amazing. Very friendly and takes the time to explain everything. My only negatives were, prior to the service I tried to call at least 3-4 times with no answer. Left messages but no return call and the mechanics left thick layer of mud in the drivers footwell and mat
