Arrived at the garage on the day to discover that the booking hadn't gone from your website to the garage. They were fully booked and couldn't fit my vehicle in for a further 4 days. Booked directly with the garage, work all now done and their service was 100%. Would recommend garage but not your website

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, we’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We would like to clarify a couple of points to help explain what happened. When your booking was made through BookMyGarage, the garage was notified instantly at 2:53pm on 24 January. A reminder notification was also sent on 27 January. Unfortunately, we can see that neither message was opened by the garage, which suggests the booking unfortunately slipped through the net at their end. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially after arriving on the day expecting the booking to go ahead. Please be assured that we did everything possible from our side to ensure the garage was fully informed of the booking. That said, we take feedback like this very seriously and will be investigating this further to help reduce the chances of a similar situation occurring in the future. We’re pleased to hear the garage resolved the issue directly.
