Thank you for your feedback. Following your MOT failure, we prepared an estimate for the required repairs. At the time, you advised that another garage would be carrying out the work. Last Friday you contacted us again asking if we could complete the repairs on the same day. Unfortunately, we were fully booked and your appointment was then arranged for Tuesday. We respect customers comparing prices between garages. Our estimates are based on quality new parts (not used or remanufactured where applicable) and the standard of workmanship provided. We are disappointed to receive a review regarding pricing when the repairs had not been carried out by us and your appointment with us remained booked. Kind regards, Hydro Autos Ltd
