Thanks for your review When you came to collect your vehicle from us we provided you with a screen shot of the fault codes and explained to you what the faults were on your vehicle, You left from the garage fully aware of the results of the diagnostics. We kindly asked if we could send the diagnostic report to you via email as our printer was out of order on the day. We sent diagnostic report on Monday but on the day of the diagnostic we did not send you empty handed you were given a copy of the fault codes present and also was explained in detail what the fault was.
