Hello, We are sorry the repair took longer than you hoped. The car failed its MOT on 15th September with the engine management light on. The fault was EGR related and the parts had to come from Hyundai on a two to three day lead time, as advised. You approved the estimate on 22nd September, the parts arrived on the Friday, and the technician who diagnosed it, who does not work Fridays, completed it first thing on the Monday. Between 15th and 24th September Duncan sent you ten e-mails and two video health checks, and phoned your wife with the estimate, usually the same working day, though a weekend and a seven hour time difference did not help. Sorry it was not as quick as you needed, but one star for communication feels harsh against that record. We are also sorry your wife waited at the courtesy car swap. The replacement car had gone out on an errand, which was our mistake, and one of our directors waited with her and apologised at the time. From all the team @ Horsepower 😊
