Booked online for an MOT after which you should get a call to confirm a time. Didn’t receive a call by the day before so rang, no answer so left message for call back. No call back was forthcoming so called into garage and was told there were no slots on the day I’d booked online and would need to reschedule. On the new date an hour before appt. Received a call to say they couldn’t do the MOT as car lift had broken. Have, therefore, gone elsewhere that has a better booking system with times!!!

* It will be beneficial for both parties if you specify the exact time intervals when the car will be ready for the customer. Generally Ok 👍
