Went in for a full service but turned out my discs and pads needed doing too. It was an unexpected cost but the price was very reasonable and was completed quickly.

Didn’t bother going to appointment in the end, they wanted me there at 7.45am even though appointment wasn’t till 8am, which I still thought was a bit early. So, didn’t bother going. Prices looked cheap enough and can’t fault the communication though I had about 5 emails and 4 texts reminding me I had to be there at 7.45am before the school run and that. Would have went if was at a reasonable time, in future maybe give the choice of time slot to pick from instead of AM or PM. Unreasonably early.

Really nice garage, as a youngish woman I find garages very intimidating but I didn’t feel that way at HiQ. Will be returning definitely.
