“Very poor”

I was booked in for HiQ Biddenden, had booking confirmation and address. Turned up and was shut. Called the number and no response. Called the garage in High Halden 10/15 mins away and had mistakenly been booked onto their system. They were helpful but i received no invoice/paperwork for the full service/works performmed. I was also charged a higher price than the booking confirmation. Said they would call when car was ready to pick up but didn't.
