The staff were really helpful and patient as I couldn’t initially locate the locking wheel nut. They kept me updated throughout the tyre change and were extremely professional.

HiQ went above and beyond to fit me in at short notice for an MOT and carried out repairs. Dealt with Sean mostly and he was very informative and explained everything clearly. All the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Will be using HIQ in the future for my MOT which was also a good price compared to most..Thanks to at at HIQ!

I had my car MOT done here for the first time. My car failed on two things, so I had to return for a retest. The MOT itself was thorough, but the customer service needs improvement. On both visits, the person on reception wasn’t very talkative or engaging, and on my second visit they didn’t come across as particularly friendly. The waiting area felt very quiet, no tea/coffee facilities, Overall, a mixed experience with several areas that could be improved.
