Hi David, ive received your review, thank you for the feedback. yes unfortunately we cant accommodate all types of cars in particular the lowered sports cars like the one you own. this is due to us being on a sloped premises so i do get your frustration however you were clearly made aware of this last year when you came in and we shown you in person the reason for this and your car would have been stuck into the rolling road which would have caused damage, we are truly careful in everything we do and this was the reason we aborted your test last time., we told you that we cant do your car due to the height of it and the slope that we have and you were happy with the explanation and understood not to present the car to us for any future MOTs this being said you continuned to book into our garage again so im not sure how i can help you as you was in knowledge of all the above. with that being said i hope you managed to get it done elsewhere - kind regards team Hi Q
