Good Morning, we booked the vehicle in not even realising it was a 25 plate, when he arrived we advised him that the car was too new and wasn't due he then advised us he needed an MOT due to using the car for private hire (TAXI) we informed him that taxi's have to be MOT'd at a suitable council approved site for private hire and also he was registered for Wolverhampton council not Coventry Hence the refusal of test we gave him a very valid reason, Apologies for any confusion on the matter Kind Regards, HiQ Coventry.
