I booked in for an MOT via "Book my Garage" - Tues AM. They opened at 08:30 so there for 08:45, hoping to be one of the first in the 08:00/13:00 window - only to be told I had been booked for 11:00 - so if you do book on line using this app, make sure you call to see when your slot is! - all the emails (4+) from "Book my Garage" and HiQ said just Tues AM! That said, the garage was excellent, car failed on something minor, they advised me what to do, and it passed two days later! Delivered Cakes

Thank you for your feedback Keith. The garages on our platform provide an estimate of their lead times, but we do not integrate with their booking systems. This is why we offer AM or PM appointment slots. Once your booking is received, the garage should contact you within four hours to arrange a specific time.
