HiQ Bicester - Express Autocentres Limited

one extra star is simply for carrying out a job and charging what was said, but other than that, poor customer service, staff lies that they can’t give invoice as booked through bookmygarage. So I emailed bookmygarage, turned out I was lied to, then, after a week I got my invoice, not once, but twice… so they can do that! Why did I have to wait a week, waste my time, several emails, phone calls etc. Unnecessary stress added tomy life. Won’t be using in future for sure

Waited 3 and a half hours for an oil filter change and didn't even receive a phone call when it was finished as promised. I only knew it had been done because an email came through with the invoice on.

Very professional and quick.
