The gentleman at reception greeted me & I was offered a coffee. He advised that there was a little wait for the MOT to start but I was ok with that. Generally the staff were fine and was given a good explanation of advisories. Satisfied & would use again. Critique - Might want to be more aware of clients in the viewing area over hearing phone calls made by staff members where there would appear to be an overlap of work & personal chat whilst cussing.
