I was towed there by RAC and they fixed my car quite quickly, however after a week I've had other issue ( related to what was done by them) but they've not acknowledged that and made me pay extra. Not only that, but the day that I had the booking I received a parking ticket they've not told me about or refunded. They continued to lie and had poor customer service. They kept promising my car will be ready and after 10 days they told me the supplier sent the wrong piece. Worst service ever!
