I went there at 8.30.They said they would call me asap but they didn't.I went at 4.30 they didn't even touch the car.They said sorry.Then he said that if I waited an hour they would do the service and MOT. I said ok. On my return at 5.30 they hadn't changed the brake fluid.He said we had top-up.I told him that it was 5 years old and should be changed that's why I paid for a major service.He said the technician left another time.later i called he refuse the conversation and asked extra payment.

Very clear process and they didn't try to push any unnecessary costs on me. All was well explained and effeicient

Excellent service! The air conditioning was a real relief in this scorching weather. Definitely made the experience more comfortable.
